Red Hat Linux merges with the Fedora Linux Project

The Red Hat Linux Project merged with the Fedora Linux Project to combine efforts, renaming the combined effort the Fedora Project. The output of the Fedora Project would be the Fedora OS, which was also called (early on) Fedora Core.
