About Phil Simpson: Phil Simpson is JBoss product marketing manager at Red Hat where he's responsible for market positioning and messaging activities for JBoss Enterprise BRMS. Phil has extensive experience with business rules and business process management solutions. He led the product management function at an early business rules pioneer and has held senior marketing roles at several leading technology companies. Prior to joining Red Hat, he was product manager for the data analytics firm Renesys and was a director at SeaChange International, Ironhead Analytics, and Rulespower. Phil holds a bachelor's degree from Southampton University in the UK.
About Richard Naszcyniec: Richard Naszcyniec is a senior program marketing manager in Red Hat’s Enterprise Middleware business unit. In this role, Richard enjoys discussing and detailing why Red Hat’s JBoss Enterprise Middleware is an exceptional choice for companies to adopt. He has nearly 30 years of IT experience in various roles and industries to draw from in these discussions, as well as hands on experience implementing enterprise business solutions using C/C++/Java™, working with enterprise applications and composite applications that leverage technology like SOA and BPM. Richard has worked with multiple telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, transportation, and high technology companies, including Sybase, Siebel Systems, Oracle, IBM, and now Red Hat.
