Test Media Utility and how to customise it

Hi,
I need a vital information regarding customisation of RH9 . I have 
downloaded the iso images from redhat and have installed the system from cd 
media.

While installing , after loading the OS ( the second stage install), and 
before running Anaconda, a utility program comes up which shows ask if the 
media is to be tested for errors or not.

where will i find the program . any clue ....
