pkgorder with fedora core 6 (anaconda-11.1.1.3-1.i386.rpm)

Hello,

I'm preparing a new repository for fedora core 6 with some extra
packages added for our institution.

For each repository created in the past I had to use the genhdlist
program of the anaconda package to rebuild the pkgorder file.
I don't see anymore this file in the Fedora/base/ directory.
How is the pkgorder created with this new relaease of anaconda?

Is there an official reference I should read to find an answer?
On the fedora site I can find only a reference to red hat 9
