Starting with anaconda from FC5, the ability to display non-Latin
character sets in text mode has been removed. In the past we used the
bogl library to do this on a Linux console. This is no longer possible
and bogl itself was problematic and unmaintained.
Going forward, it is only possible to display non-Latin character sets
in graphical mode. You can do this with the regular graphical install
mode or vnc. We do not support it in text mode.
