[PATCH] mkinitrd: s/insmod/modprobe/, --with-avail, loadDrivers, other bug fixes

Minimal changes to upstream mkinitrd necessary to support NFS root boot 
on arbitrary target machines.

* Copied s/insmod/modprobe/ from bash-branch.
* --with-avail is now an option.
* Rewrote the bash-branch for loop that loads PCI drivers into nash. 
Command "loadDrivers" does exactly the same thing now.
* Correct broken regex so it does not write a bogus module name to /init
* Minor unrelated tiny bugs.

Please consider for upstream merging or let me know what needs improvement.
