how can compile anaconda ?

hi,
1. i want to localize anaconda, and change DefaultTimeZone  for
example , but when i make & make install it, this change is not
visible. why?

2. how can i add farsi to anaconda: you have changed the anaconda
script  or you have added farsi font to anaconda fonts?
