Yes but at this point I'm really only interested in the most minimal of
patches.  I'm frustrated with the stage2 stuff right now because I think
that while I made the method code in anaconda a lot better, I made the
stuff in loader even more of a mess.

I plan on cleaning this up properly after F9 goes out.  I think doing
anything more than working around the problems this close to release is
just asking for even more trouble.
