[PATCH] include libwrap from new location.

Hi list.

We previously included libwrap in the initrd image.  We did this by
looking for it in /usr/lib{,64}.  but its new location is /lib{,64}. I
have already tested manually puting the libwrap stuff into the initrd
image and it seems to work.  I see no other place where this might be
going wrong.  the related bug is 473955.

Review greatly appreciated.
