Yeah, that is definitely a possibility for where to go with this. I'm
undecided on what format the command line tool would take. Right now
I'm just concerned about putting all the pieces in place. Then I can do
whatever later on.

Oh, an interesting idea. We could turn autoscreenshot on in all cases
and collect the screenshots with the bug reports. Then there could be
another screenshot immediately before the traceback window is displayed.
I wonder if this gets us into heavy privacy concerns, though.
