Aha, I missed that specific tidbit.  Or had forgotten by the time we got
this far in the thread.  Or something.  I have no excuses for myself
really.

The code for doing the removal has changed (so that we can use globs
like you can when adding packages).  It's entirely possible a buglet
creeped in at the same time.  Should be quick and easy to knock out,
though
