[PATCH] new password algos - take 2

OK, this is take 2.  Here's what I've done:

0) Nuked the UI changes.  Users can't change the default algorithm via
the user interface.  On the plus side, the iw variant of the root
password screen is now a glade file.

1) Kept the kickstart interface, so those users can tweak the algorithm
that libuser uses.

2) Set the default to SHA-512
