FEAT: Configure yum .repo file based on installation source

Hi folks,
that was part of the discussion for new features in F9 but looks like it got
lost between all those e-mails. Here's the beginning:
https://www.redhat.com/archives/anaconda-devel-list/2007-November/msg00108.html

Long story short:
1) How do we deal with NFS installs. Configure automount or simply ignore them.
There's no data what is the most used install method at present.

2) How do we make the new repo preferred. What values need there be in the .repo
file so yum picks it up before any others (and even doesn't download metadata
for upstream repos).

It looks like an easy fix and I'm willing to create a patch given some guides
where exactly in the code does this belong.

Thanks,
Alexander.
