yum-cache in /tmp

Hi All:

	The yum cache is on a ramfs in anaconda and that really has a big hit 
with larger (think glibc) rpm packages on a small memory box. Could /tmp 
be copied to /mnt/instimage/tmp and bind-mounted there? Or point yum's 
cache to instimage? Or am I missing something?
