"Hello Anaconda-World" simple example available?

Hello Anaconda People,

Can someone please point me to a place where there's a simple yet  
complete around-the-block example for making use of the Anaconda  
facilities?

Looking around I see lots of hints on how to solve corner-case  
problems, but have yet to locate a good starting-point that describes  
the most basic implementation.
