Various iSCSI fixes [PATCH 0/4]

Hi All,

Here is the first bunch of fixes from all the iSCSI work I've been doing 
I'm sending these to the list as I don't have git access yet (this is 
being worked on). I don't know if I'll get around to committing these to 
the master before I leave for plumbers, so I would appreciate it if 
someone could commit them to master for me to make sure they make the 
F-10 rc's

each patch

anaconda-rh454135.patch:
-fix bug 454135

anaconda-driveIsIscsi.patch:
-fix anaconda not seeing iscsi as iscsi in rawhide

anaconda-iscsi-rhel5-to-master1.patch:
-port all rhel5 iscsi changes done before Fudcon to master

anaconda-iscsi-rhel5-to-master2.patch
-port all rhel5 iscsi changes done after Fudcon to master
