1.8.8 is out and part of fedora distro now, which works without a
crash.

- With Fedora : FC7 failed, same err. FC9 worked (same err, no crash).
- Using partitioning from other distro (/liveCD) doesn't work, the
error persists.
- Interestingly, Centos installation worked correctly, on another disc
where i replicated the same partition-table.
As I need Centos only with no time to wait, I am trying to spin a
custom dvd - Centos5.2 with latest anaconda/parted. That should work
(hopefully).
