This patch almost completely gets rid of partedUtils.py.  The only reason it's
still around is that the kickstart dmraid and multipath command handlers still
want a DiskSet instance.  Now, those commands almost certainly do not work and
in fact Fedora has no multipath support at all right now.  But removing
partedUtils.py when there's still references to it just seems like bad form
to me.

Any domain experts want to lend a hand getting those commands working again?
