[PATCH] rhel4 fix the missing one extent problem

Hello list.

This is our next release of the patch that tries to fix this lvm issue
in rhel4.  We are now concentrating in the VolumeGroup request instead
of the grow function in autopart.py.  I tested on the rhts system that
was misbehaving and it worked.

I have more faith in this patch as this is what is on rhel5.
This also reverts the previous patch, with did not work.

Review appreciated.
