[PATCH] add dmraid to strage rewrite

Hello list.


This is the *initial* draft what I think should go in for the drmaid
stuff in the new storage code.  ATM I'm debugging a nasty segmentation
fault in pyblock.  I'll finish this up once I get this issue resolved.

any comments greatly appreciated.  Sorry for the lack of explicit
information :(
