[PATCH - storage] - Make kickstart work again

This series of patches does most of what's required to make kickstart work with
the new storage code.  It touches the logvol, part, raid, and volgroup commands.
The basic uses of all of these have been tested.  In particular, the useexisting
and noformat options have not seen any testing.  I have also not worked on the
iscsi or mpath commands at all because I don't really know what they're supposed
to be doing to begin with.

Sorry, I can't make these patches much smaller/clearer than they already are.
These commands were always kind of a mess.
