Some bug fixes, some enhancements.

For #520061, I think it's time that anaconda know it's own version number.
I don't think it's a good idea to rely on the version number we find for
the installed anaconda RPM.  Likewise, stop relying on the ANACONDAVERSION
environment variable.  Just set it in isys at build time.

For #510817, I've restored the handling of OldSwapError that was present
before the big storage rewrite.  It violates the string freeze.

Other stuff is self-explanatory I hope.
