Right now, it's not possible. MILO includes object files from a kernel
build to supply some device drivers; the interfaces to these drivers
has most likely changed between 2.0.3x and 2.1.xxx.

Have you tried the PC164 MILO found on gatekeeper.dec.com:

	/pub/DEC/Linux-Alpha/Kernels/milo-pc164-980602

That is the latest one; if it still doesn't work for you, let me know.
