Miata Sound Settings...

I asked recently on how to use Miata's on board sound chip (I think Jay
replied).  Sorry, it didn't work.  There are five values in the kernel
configuration on that chip.  I think I need all five to make it work. 
Should I disable MIDI?

I need:
MIDI IRQ
MIDI DMA? - working from memory
Sound Address
Sound IRQ
Sound DMA
