Yup, the current video system is less than optimal. If it came with
4MB video memory, I'd take a _very_ serious look at the netwinder as
an X-terminal in the family room. I thought, though, that it could do
16 bit colour at lower resolutions (ie. 1024x768). If it's hardwired
to only 8 bit, then I'll definitely wait until that's 'fixed'.

Well I've got 5 "real" machines on my network in my home-office, so
that part is taken care of. :)
