Hi Maciej.  Are you using UNIX98 pty's on your system?  I tried them with
2.0.102 and only my ssh binary used them; telnet et all did not (and my
w, who, users, finger, etc. all failed, too).  If you have them working
with all of these things, I'd love some pointers.
