gnupg on alpha problem (syscall)

gnupg-0.4.4 can't be compiled on alpha-linux glibc-2.0.7. The problem
is that it wants to use the syscall to prevent emulation of unaligned
addresses.  I can't find that syscall.  Is it not in glibc-2.0.7?
