Using two Ethernet adapter DE422 on a Jensen

Hi there,

I'm having a DEC 2000axp station on which I've setup Redhat 5.2 linux
with kernel 2.0.36. I'm also having two EISA DE422 ethernet adpater in
it . 
I could only get one to work by compiling the driver into the kernel.
I've tried to add boot parameters like "ether=10,0,eth1" but it din't
help the recognition of the second card. I've also tried with modules
but that didn't work at all.
The EISA parameters off my ethernet adapters are:
ETH0:
irq=5
mem=0xd0000
ETH1:
irq=10
mem=0xe0000

Any help would be great !!
