PC164LX does not start

Hi All,

This might be out of the scope of this list, but still I am making the
question.

One of my PC164LX machines was working ok yesterday. After changing the
scsi controller the machine no longer starts the alphabios.

When I switch it on, all the lights flash, the disks start, the lights in
the keyboard flash, but nothing comes into the screen.

The video card is working fine. I tested in other machine. The controller
also... 

Any suggestions?
