For what it is worth.....
The OSS installation now checks to see if you need the symbolic link. If
you need it, the installation script tells you how to set it up and then
restart the OSS installation.

That's not really an OSS problem...Redhat all of a sudden started putting
the term stuff in the right place, broke everyone's programs who followed
the broken method... a symlink fixes it. And really, I wouldn't call that
much of a showstopper at all.

Have you tried using the 2.0.x driver with 2.1.x? I'm curious to see if
they'll run together....probably not..but.....
