DE4x5 module

Does anybody know where I can get the DEC DE4x5 ethernet driver module?
Everytime I try to compile it in to my kernel, the compiler quits with an
error.  If I can get just the module I could then load it manually.  Or if
anybody else has had this problem, or if anybody has any suggestions, please
let me know.
