Sure, there are lots of people on this list that can help, but you've
got to help us. _You_ have to provide much more info...
ie.
- alpha platform
- kernel version
- /usr/src/linux/.config file
- last 20 or so lines of the make output
- are you following the build procedure correctly?
- ie. make config; make dep; make clean; make boot
- etc, etc
ie. reports like yours are woefully inadequate to try to debug
problems.
