Problems booting AXP pc133

I have a udb Alpha (noname) in which the battery died.  I have replaced
it and can no longer use the floppy drive.  I swapped the drive out it
still does not work.  The ARC console will not recognize it and the SRM
console says 'dva0 device invalid' when I try to boot from it.  What
should I do next?
