no, it's something different. the two main differences are the lack of an
on-chip 96KB L2 cache and the inclusion of MVI (motion video instruction set).
as far as i know, nothing in linux takes advantage of MVI.
the reduction in cache was of course done to lower cost (hence the "PC")
