Trying to get em86 to work on a RH 5.0 system I get the "Your kernel does not
support 31-bit addressing" error.
I know I have seen something about this, probably on this list. More than an
hour of diligent searching has yielded only a reference to somebody succeeding
in running em86 on 5.0 "Using kernel 2.0.33 with alpha patches 2.0.32 and:
"The correction to the file a.out.h thast Jay Estabrook provided"
I can't find this correction, can anybody point me to it?
Does this correct the "31-bit lack of addressing" problem? If not, anybody know
the answer?
As I said, I really think I have seen this one before but can't find it in the
archives.
Thanks
