Well, my system is at that same level for the files rpm and the 'file' binary is the same size.
I've applied all patches available up until about 2 weeks ago.

My level of libm is:-rwxr-xr-x   1 root     root       766289 Apr 18 14:10 /lib/libm-2.0.7.so

Looks like some things are different though. Maybe your install CD
was different. I used the Powertools RH5.0 set.

I've attached a gzip'd listing of my rpm's. (rpm -qa)
might see what else is different.
