XFree3.3.2-1 upgrade

Has anyone else had this problem with the upgrade?

I downloaded all the update files from ftp.xfree86.org and get the following error when trying to run the extract binary:
	[root@wakko /var/tmp] ./extract 
	bash: ./extract: No such file or directory
	[root@wakko /var/tmp] file extract 
	extract: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, Alpha, version 1, stripped
	[root@wakko /var/tmp] ls -l extract 
	-rwxr-xr-x   1 root     root       219664 Mar  2 14:58 extract*
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
