Altering timestamps

	I am installing RedHat 5.0 on a PC164LX. I have set the flag for the arc console so that the date is correctly read. I have touched all files that had timestamps 20 years in the future except for symlinks of course. Is it safe to leave the symlink timestamps set to 20 years in the future? If not, how does one change the lib symlinks without breaking the commands needed to do the job?
