DOSEMU does not and will never work on the Alpha. It depends on having a *real*
i86 processor available since it does not emulated the x86 chip itself.

Your options are PCEMU or Bochs. Bochs works well enough to run Windows '95 but
it is slow, even on a 533Mhz. machine.
