That is true, [so get a bigger floppy. I am sure I have a 5.25" one here
somewhere ;-)]

This would also mean that you will need to rebuilt anything else that you
have on the floppy that uses PAM. Probably worth checking with ldd on the
major items. The other option is, what would be the effect of a blank
/etc/pam.conf and empty /etc/pam.d/ directory? Would that remove the 
need for /lib/security, or would it just stop PAM letting anything in?
