Hardware or software ?

Hi, I have got a remanent problem since I bought my pc164SX. Sometimes it crashes, and display me a message like :

And after that it usually freeze. I'd like to try to solve the proble, but I don't know where to begin .... On this example, fsck was the origine of the problem ... but it is not always this prog .... 

Some time I get a memory violation at virtual adress something .... 

And my last problem, which is less important, is that I can't blow milo in the flash bios .. when I tape run fd0 :fmu ;gz  it reboots start fmu, but reboot again just after to return in milo.
