i wish i could say the same.  i guess i don't know how to install this
stuff.  i downloaded it and then unpacked, but when i tried running it
i get unreferenced symbols.  i set LD_LIBRARY_PATH to grab the .so's in
that directory and ../lib, but i still get:

	./libimg.so: undefined symbol: jpeg_create_decompress

but grepping through libjpeg.so yields the text

	0000000000003740 T jpeg_create_decompress

what commands do i run to get this thing to work for me.
