Hi Andy,
Check your termination on your scsi devices especialy if you have a scsi cd-rom
and enable pci parity checking. If all that checks out and it still doesn't boot
you can try changing your firmware to either the ARC or Alphabios and try again.
Low level format the HD if you think that'll help but I doubt it.Good luck.
