Didn't work:

[root@molybdenum alpha]# rpm -U --force glibc-devel-2.0.7-19.alpha.rpm
error: glibc-devel-2.0.7-19.alpha.rpm cannot be installed

Any other thoughts? I also tried rpm -e glibc-devel-{old version} and
rpm -i --force glibc-devel-{new version} and that didn't work either.
Look at this double-verbose output:

   [root@molybdenum alpha]# rpm -U -vv --force glibc-devel-2.0.7-19.alpha.rpm
   D: counting packages to install
   D: found 1 packages
D: looking for packages to download

   D: sigsize : 240
   D: Header + Archive: 1378840
   D: expected size : 3551558
   error: glibc-devel-2.0.7-19.alpha.rpm cannot be installed

Eh?
