Hello everybody,
I have AS1200 5/533 (RAWHIDE kernel) and RedHat Linux 5.1
I'm using aboot, 'cause MILO isn't supported for this machine.
My AS1200 have two qlogic 1020 scsi controllers installed (from factory)
inside. This is quite new machine (factory date is July/August '98) and I
while booting it doesn't recognize my Qlogic cards correctly:
....
qlogicisp: new isp1020 revision ID(5)
Can't decode i/o address space
....
And of course no HDD is recognized on this cards, so I can't install Linux
there :-).
ISP1020 cards have type 10201077 and Revision 0005
AS1200 console version V5.2-1 and PALcode v.1.21-24
It seems, that those SCSI cards are too new to drivers which are on
boot disk. So can somebody help me ? Does anybody have newer drivers or
better new boot disk, which will work ?
Thanx.
Regards
Robert
