Works fine on 21164sx w/kernel 2.0.35, except the 3c509.c that is included
in the 2.0.35 source tree is kinda old and has caused me problems.  If you
replace the drivers/net/3c509.c with v1.16 of the driver found on
cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov someplace, you will notice it will work nice.
