Impropper Memory Size?

I have a Multia witha 2.1.125 kernel..  almost everything works great...
The only thing is that it seems to be reporting 20 some odd megs of ram...
I have 48...  Is there a new version of milo or linload?  I know Intel got
one...  did we?
