Snes9x

I have compiled snes9x (SNES emulator) for Alpha Linux, and placed the
binary at http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/~djc2/snes9x.html

Also I put what I think is the correct patch to version 1.10a (go to
http://www.snes9x.com/) to make it compile on Alpha linux (sans joystick
support--probably easy to add.)

(PS:  If I created the patch file incorrectly, please tell me the how to
do it correctly--I'm kinda new to this.)
