Yeah.. I got apache 1.3.3 and php 3.0.5 running as a static link 
module... dynamic link module isn't much harder... and as CGI is very 
easy to get going. If you're having trouble, read the README.configure 
and the FAQ on the www.php.net site.. it specifically addresses this 
issue...
