need Utah raster toolkit for alpha linux

Does anyone know where I can get a version of the Utah raster toolkit
configured for Linux (perferably Alpha Linux)?  Has anyone succeeded
at compiling and using this on an Alpha?  If so I would greatly 
appreciate your advice.

I tried to find it on sunsite but could not.  I did manage to find 
urt-3.1b.tar.gz on some web site, but it was not configured for
Linux, and I gave up after a couple of hours of trying to get it to
compile.
